I/we are not feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
I/we are not required to self-isolate.

I have read and confirm as true all of the health screening questions above

I agree to maintain a minimum physical distancing of 2 metres at all times.
I agree to adhere to recommended hygiene practices such as covering coughs and sneezes, using hand sanitiser and washing and drying hands.
I acknowledge that while anybody is welcome to attend the viewing, the government recommends that people at higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19 (e.g. those with underlying medical conditions, especially if not well-controlled, and the elderly), take additional precautions.
I acknowledge that I must bring a mask with me. I am required to wear a mask before entering the property and for the duration of the viewing.
The viewing will be contactless and so I must refrain from touching any items or surfaces.
I must wait in my vehicle until the salesperson advises that I can enter the property.
A maximum of 2 people from my bubble can attend the viewing.
